W3 Real Estate was founded in 2021 by Walter F Williams. Over his 26-year career in real estate, Mr. Williams has closed over 3.5 billion in transactions. Mr. Williams has closed transactions ranging from the sale of individual apartment complexes, portfolios of apartment complexes, general partner, limited partner and investment fund interests.
Since 2021, W3 Real Estate has closed approximately 250 million in transactions for its clients. Including the sale of individual and multiple property portfolios, transfers of individual limited partner and investment fund interest. In 2022, Mr. Williams negotiated and closed the transfer of multiple investment funds interests in a 150-property portfolio. W3 Real Estate can oversee, negotiate, document and close your transaction.
